Practical programme, weekly builds, workflow-first

Applied AI & Automation

From Ideas to Intelligent Workflows

Duration: 6 weeks
Schedule: Tuesdays, 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Dates: Tuesday 20 January to Tuesday 24 February
Capacity: 20 participants

What this is

A hands-on programme designed to help you move from occasional AI usage to building reliable, reusable workflows that improve clarity, reduce repeat work, and support better technical and managerial decisions.

The programme is intentionally practical and safe. All exercises use non-sensitive, public, or dummy examples so participants can build confidently without risking confidential information.

How it works

  • Brief show-and-share from the previous week.
  • Introduction of one durable AI or automation capability.
  • Live build sprint during the session.
  • Each participant decides how to apply it independently during the week.
This is an informal, collaborative programme. The focus is learning by doing, not getting everything right on the first attempt.

What you will leave with

  • Reusable prompt patterns for structured, decision-ready outputs.
  • A personal AI assistant configured for your role.
  • Multiple automation workflows you can adapt to different tasks.
  • Clear governance habits: review points, confidence checks, and manual overrides.
  • A pilot-ready showcase explaining value, controls, and next steps.
